Scrap that...

This, apparently, got very popular on facebook group, so I thought I'd post this.

Basically, I'm trying to think of the ways Harley, as she currently looks like in SS, could be... well, fixed.
Main concerns about her are, as I figured, the hair colour and the non-jester costume.
If DC were to change Harley to compromise for what fans absolutely LOATHE in her currently, what could they do?

- Skin colour. Unless DC reboots again, it seems Harls is stuck with permanent white for some reason. While there's no reason yet, I doubt that will get a fix, so... yeah.
- Hair. That one is SO damn easy to fix. Just bleach/peroxide. Make her platinum blonde again. As you can see, it still goes well with white skin despite lack of contrast, looks cool and cute.
- I dunno if her black arrows around eyes are permanent either, I'm assuming they are. (she didn't seem to put makeup on yet) And they'd have a better effect against blonde hair. That's certain.
- So now, costume! What's with the costume?
Stubborn as DC is, returning to classic is seeming unlikely.
So how could it be done differently, yet still familiar?
Dunno, that's the idea. Stitches/patching/sewn diamonds for the 'creepy' factor. But she's still herself.


P.S. Damn, all the latest stuff I do is reboot-hate-related. I guess it's the only thing I can thank DC for - inspiration coming from anger.

EDIT. Her black arrows are not permanent, and indeed, makeup, as seen in issue 6 of Squad. Still I keep them, they do look cool.
